Jesse
first used Pilates as a professional ballet dancer to rehabilitate an injured
knee. She studied body mechanics and alignment at Oberlin College and dance in
New York, Boston, Montreal, and Cannes.
In addition to performing, Jesse has taught ballet for over a decade and was recognized by Dance Magazine for merging the Bay Area dance and electronic music communities. She received Pilates instructor training under the direction of Melissa Condron PT, Carla Hales, and Chandler Moore. She specializes in working with repetitive strain injuries.
