Holly first discovered the far-reaching benefits of Pilates as a contemporary dancer to rehabilitate an injured calf and hip. Returning to dance with more awareness and well-being, she decided to pursue and attain her full STOTT Pilates Certification through Mindful Movement Collective with Ineke Rush. She is also certified in GYROKINESIS Level 1 through San Francisco Gyrotonic with Debra Rose, and TRX Suspension Training. Holly is a perpetual student of the human body and renews and broadens her knowledge through STOTT Pilates Continuing Education workshops in the Bay Area and Seattle, WA. As an instructor, she strives to make Pilates accessible to all of her clients, whatever their age or level of fitness.
